TDTU Architecture Students Win Awards at the 15th National Architecture Student Festival – 2026

In the vibrant atmosphere of the 15th National Architecture Student Festival – 2026, held from April 15 to April 18, 2026 at Vietnam-Germany University (VGU), the Architecture student delegation from Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) achieved remarkable success, bringing home numerous prestigious awards. With the theme "ARCHINNOVATION – Architecture in the Age of Technology," this year’s festival served as a large-scale academic playground, attracting over 1,000 delegates and talented students from 27 architecture training institutions across the country.

Overcoming numerous challenges in an inter-university team-based working environment under tight deadlines, TDTU’s “future architects” demonstrated resilience, sharp creative thinking, and the ability to apply technology in design. The TDTU Architecture team proudly secured their place on the honor board with groundbreaking projects:

• Student Lê Hải Đăng (Member of Team 19): Awarded First Prize in the Rapid Design A category with the project titled "Station." Notably, Hải Đăng also made a strong impression as part of the All-round Design team.
• Student Võ Thị Ngọc (Member of Team 14): Won Second Prize in the Rapid Design A category with the project "Fast/Slow."
• Student Nguyễn Ngọc Quỳnh Chi (Member of Team 9): Won Third Prize in the Rapid Design A category with the project "Human."
• Student Hà Minh Chung (Member of Team 1): Won Third Prize in the Rapid Design A category with the project "Cell Cube".
• Student Trần Duy Lợi (Member of Team 18): Won Third Prize in the Rapid Design B category with the project "Eco Lab Urban Factory".

Beyond academic competitions, the TDTU delegation fully immersed themselves in the festive atmosphere, actively participating in other activities such as Installation Art, Cultural Exchange Performances, and Sports Events. These activities not only helped students strengthen teamwork and express their multifaceted creativity but also created joyful, memorable, and energetic youth experiences.

The TDTU delegation also expressed sincere gratitude to the Organizing Committee – Vietnam-Germany University (VGU) for creating a highly professional, well-organized, and grand platform for exchange and learning. These outstanding achievements and memorable moments once again affirm the training philosophy of TDTU’s Architecture program, which emphasizes creativity and practical application.
