ARCTRADAY 2023 – TDTU Architecture Traditional Day

The TDTU Architecture Traditional Day - ARCTRADAY 2023 was successfully held on March 18, 2023, featuring a variety of vibrant and meaningful activities that reflected the unique identity and creativity of TDTU Architecture students. This annual event was organized to strengthen the connection among generations of Architecture students at Ton Duc Thang University while fostering closer collaboration between the Faculty, the Architecture Division, and industry partners.

The festival also served as an occasion to warmly welcome the K26 freshman cohort to the Architecture programme and bid farewell to the graduating K23 students. Furthermore, it promoted the distinctive characteristics of the TDTU Architecture programme—dynamic, innovative, and professional—to the wider community, while contributing to the positive image of both Architecture students and TDTU students as a whole.

A wide range of academic and recreational activities were organized for students from both TDTU and other universities, including exhibitions showcasing outstanding coursework, graduation projects, and architectural models created by students.

ARCTRADAY 2023 also provided an opportunity to support the University's 2023 admission campaign by introducing the Architecture programme and its curriculum to prospective students and their parents. During the event, outstanding students with excellent academic performance and achievements in national and international competitions were recognized and awarded. In addition, the festival honored lecturers who made significant contributions to architectural education throughout the past year. 

- The Architecture Traditional Festival plays an important role in the development and promotion of the Architecture programme. It is a creative event that strengthens the bond between alumni and the Faculty of Civil Engineering as well as the Architecture programme. Over the years, its significance has been preserved and passed on from one generation of students to the next, creating a strong and lasting tradition within the Architecture student community at Ton Duc Thang University. Moreover, the festival serves as a bridge connecting academic activities, research, and professional practice, helping students integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience while inspiring new generations of Architecture students to develop a passion for the profession. 

- For students, the festival also provides an excellent opportunity to network, learn from one another, and participate in activities that promote both personal and professional development. It creates a meaningful and enjoyable environment where students can relax after intensive study while creating lasting memories of their university life at Ton Duc Thang University.

ARCTRADAY 2023 officially came to a close, leaving behind many unforgettable memories.
