Lecturers and students of regional and urban planning department join contest “the general planning ideas HCMC 2040-2060” 16/10/2021 - 11/01/2022
Learning goes hand in hand with practice, learning theory and then practicing right away is the aim of the Urban and Regional Planning Department. Even more interesting is to use that knowledge in specialized academic competitions.
On October 16, 2021, the Architectural Research Center - Department of Planning and Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City held a contest for general planning ideas of Ho Chi Minh City in 2040 vision to 2060. A team of 10 members including lecturers and students of the Department registered to participate.
In the situation affected by the Covid pandemic, meeting to discuss, give suggestions, find suitable ideas in many ways, our team of lecturers and students overcome challenges, work together and get desired result.
On January 11, 2022, the TDTU team reported to present our research, wishing to contribute a part of the planning idea of Ho Chi Minh City worthy of future development potential.
The department will continue to create and participate in many specialized playgrounds for the faculty and students, increase teamwork skills, solidarity and specialized knowledge in the coming time, so that more students members are involved.
