The 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Development in Civil, Urban and Transport Engineering

On the morning of April 17th, 2018, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) opened the 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Development in Construction, Planning and Traffic Engineering in Civil, Urban and Transport Engineering (CUTE-2018). The CUTE was founded by TDTU. The first conference was organized in April 2016 and then, it became the biennial international scientific seminar with the participation of leading experts in the fields of construction, transportation and urban planning all over the world.
Taking place from 17th to 19th of April, 2018, CUTE-2018 was co-organized by 6 universities with many goals. Firstly, the conference provides an opportunity for domestic scientists and enterprises to exchange, collaborate and transfer science technology in these fields mentioned above with scientists, companies and techonology equipment manufacturers from the advanced countries. Secondly, the conference is a place for people to share research results, to create link between the local scientific communities and to improve the knowledge of students, lecturers and researchers. Thirdly, it also introduces new and modern techniques to support technological innovation for domestic producers and enterprises.
CUTE- 2018 gathered nearly 100 research works, 77 of which have been selected through independent review with at least 2 reviews per research work. In particular, the CUTE 2018 yearbook will be published by IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science of the United Kingdom indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Scopus Index, ISSN 1755-1307.
